The Selling Stock newsletter, citing nobody by name, says: "SuperStock contributors report that no one has received royalty checks
for the month of November and that sales reports have been late the
last couple months."
We know SuperStock is not in great shape. Financial statements show A21, which owns SuperStock, has been losing money. The company recently defaulted on a 4,000 loan, according to a November 10 SEC filing. More recently, the company filed a notice that it would be late with its third-quarter report.
